Fluorite stone

Fluorite is a protective and stabilising stone that increases self confidence and helps bring structure into our lives. The stone gives insight into limiting patterns of behaviour and thought and into suppressed feelings, and has an emotionally stabilising effect. Fluorite is a good stone to wear while studying. It promotes concentration, supports fast processing of information and helps make connections with knowledge you already have. It protects against and cleanses electromagnetic radiation (from computers and mobile phones, for example). The stone has a positive effect on stiffness, joint problems (such as arthritis) and rheumatism. It is good for bones and teeth and relieves the pain of shingles and other nerve pain. It also has a beneficial effect on the skin (on spots and wrinkles, for example) and on mucous membranes, particularly those of the airways.
